Tidel finally calls it quits

Subject: NCR Easypoint Service Model Change

· Starting November 1, 2014 the Easypoint helpdesk will be routed to a voice mail box and the technicians will return the calls as soon as they are available. You can email questions to tl230047@ncr.com and a tech will reply as soon possible.

· Starting January 5, 2015 the Easypoint Helpdesk will only be working calls from 8am to 5pm Central Standard Time, Monday –Friday, excluding holidays and will no longer be working after hour calls.

· If you need a 3DES code please email tl230047@ncr.com with the Terminal ID and ATM Serial number. Please note that 3000 series ATM with high enough software will no longer require the 3DES codes. Anycard Software (31/3400)
6.96 or higher, CE software (33/3600) does not require the code.

· 3DES codes will no longer be available after June 1, 2015

· As a reminder Effective January 31 2009, ATM models IS-2000, IS-800 and IS-1000 were discontinued for service. Effective December 31 2009, ATM models 3100, 3400, 3300, and 3600 were discontinued for service. The 3800 was discontinued on December 31 2010. NCR will supply service parts for these products on a best effort basis only. We will continue to provide technical support on these models to the extent that replacement parts are available to complete
